EPS 95 Pension Hike: How much is the minimum pension at presently decided and with effect from which year?

Dear EPF95 pensioners,

With reference to the revised pension of EPF95,  Hon'ble SC judgement dated 4.11.2022. MOL&Employment , Govt. of India' circular dated 29.12.22. EPFO circular dated 20/22-2-23.  Here also please note that anywhere, anybody has not yet declared how much is the released pension amount.  So everyone, present and retired EPF95 members should check the following before making options:

1.  How much is the minimum pension at presently decided and with effect from which year?

2.  If, after opting, then how much is the revised pension?

3.  The option is only for present employees or retired?  If it is for retired pensioners who are getting a very acute pension, which is terrible to manage their day to day life, how can they opt without any clarity of orders/Circulars from the authorities? From where they will make the amount to EPFO?

The above points are omitted and no one knows the exact status of this order. Either the EPFO has not yet given an appropriate direction to the employers Or to the pensioners, everyone is playing like throwing hats like monkeys.

Either the RO of EPF office bears are not attending calls for clarification OR it's site is not opening.  Employers are opening their hands and informing them that "you go to the site and opt".  It is very very shameful to the judgement of Hon'ble SC.   If it is correct it is the mutual understanding and playing by the Govt. of India as well the EPFO.
