Special CWC Meeting Highlights:-

  • Special presence of Commander Ashok Raut, National President along with the NAC HQ team.
  • The CWC meeting started by lighting the lamp by respected Shri Dr. Malaya Shantamukhi Shivacharya Swami ji and Commander Ashok Raut. Revered Swami ji gave auspicious blessings to all the pensioners.
  • Presence of national/state leaders of NAC who came from thousands of miles away from different regions of the country.
  • Resolve to solve the problems of pensioners/Measure for welfare scheme-
  • By awakening the will power of the Government. This can be achieved by the strength of organization power. Discussion on strengthening the organization etc. to approve the 4-point demands of old age pensioners - contemplation and brain storming.
  • A special workshop was organised with practicals on the subject Development of leadership qualities in order to awaken a soulful spirit among NAC leaders and make them more capable.
  • Special musical programme was organized by EPS pensioners for the purpose of Lok Ranjan to Lok Mangal.
  • Considering the vision, mission and plans of the organization, the proposals were approved with thunderous sound - Announcement of next nation wide movement by NAC Chief.

Dated 01.12.2022. First special day of CWC meeting- Special meeting of the 8th Central Working Committee :-

Meeting place - Veerashaiva, Lingayat Mahasabha, Sadashiv Nagar, Bengaluru (Karnataka)

Lighting the lamp and inauguration:-

Respected Mr. Dr. Malaya Shantamukhi Shivacharya Swami, National President of NAC Commander Ashok Raut including top leaders of national and various states were present.

The presence of Shri S. Renukaprasanna, National General Secretary of All India Veerashaiva Mahasabha.

Inauguration of the meeting by lighting the lamp by the dignitaries present.

Mrs. Srilakshmi Karwadi ji presented Swagat - Vandana Geet.

Soulful tribute given to the pensioners who passed away during the struggle of NAC.

Welcome:-

The present dignitaries were welcomed by the organizers in the meeting.

Welcome and introductory speech:-

The organizer of the program and the chief coordinator of South India Mr. Ramakant Nargund gave a welcome speech.

Shri G S M Swamy, the state president of Karnataka, made the introductory speech.

NAC Chief Commander Ashok Raut ji addressed everyone by giving a brief speech in honor of all the dignitaries present.

Swami ji was introduced to the works of NAC including the plight of pensioners.

Revered Shri Dr. Shantmukhi Shivacharya Swami Ji's saintly heart melted after listening to the plight of the pensioners.

In his address, revered Swami ji, showing a sense of affinity towards the pensioners, gave good wishes for the accomplishment of the work and departed.


Special discussion session

An in-depth discussion session on various topics related to EPS 95 pensioners concluded.

The reason for the increasing death rate of EPS 95 pensioners - very low pension amount and lack of medical facilities, the Supreme Court's decision dated 04.11.2022 in the case of higher pension, step-motherly behavior of the Government towards EPS 95 pensioners. The Hon. Prime Minister assured us twice when we had fortune to meet him twice by initiative of Hon.Smt. Hema Malini ji. 

On 08.02.2022 , we had an In-depth discussion with the Secretary Finance regarding non-acceptance of demands of pensioners.

Constitution of committies over committees again by the EPFO, discussion with Hon'ble Labor Minister after the Delhi agitation on 08.08.2022 - all these issues were contemplated and discussed.

The rest of the discussion session would be completed on the second day of CWC, it was decided.

Special program for NAC leaders - Development of leadership qualities

An important and effective workshop on this subject with guidance by Mr. CS Manjunath, Chief IT Coordinator of NAC, which was appreciated by all the members and urged to complete the next phase of this program on 02.12.2022.


After the workshop, to forget the tension of pension, at least for the day and for the coming time to be happy and auspicious for all, in the same sense, District Secretary of NAC Belgaum Mr. Prabhakar Shapurkar ji (Hindustani classical music singer) and his team member Mr. S. N Kulkarni (Tabla player) and Shri Narasimha Kulkarni (Harmonium player) presented melodious music and won the hearts of all, touching the hearts of the members.

NAC leader Mr. DK Anna Jadhav and Mr. Bhambarde Maharaj also mesmerized everyone by presenting songs in this grand gathering of music.

Giving information about the programs dated 02.12.2022 after Sangeet Sabha, Mr. Ramakant Nargund, the Chief Coordinator of South India, announced the conclusion of the first day's program with the consent of the the National President of NAC.

At the same time, he also respectfully informed that all the members should be ready for Bengaluru darshan on 02.12.2022 at exactly 7.30 am.


Second day of CWC meeting Dated 02.12.2022

All the respected members were present at the CWC meeting place after visiting Bengaluru at exactly 10.30 am.

Under the chairmanship of Honorable Commander Ashok Raut, National President-

The CWC meeting started in the presence of top leaders/representatives of national and all states.

The representatives of the remaining states were honoured.

For NAC Leaders - Development of Leadership Qualities Workshop was organized on this topic. Honorable Mr. CS Manjunath ji presented the subject in very simple and effective words along with practicals.

After this the rest of the discussion session started.

The main leaders expressed their views on the feelings of the pensioners of their respective states, also, organization expansion in their states and to what extent agitations can be carried out.

Everyone agreed that the fury among the pensioners is at its peak.

On the strength of the unity of EPS95 pensioners of the country, the following decisions were unanimously taken in the meeting of the CWC, after discussing topics such as strengthening the organization and increasing the intensity of the agitations, to get the demands of the pensioners approved by awakening the political will :-


Subject no. - 1. Points of 7th Central Executive [CWC] meeting Shirdi (Maharashtra) -  Confirmed.

Subject no. - 2. Formation of National Council / State Council and duration of meeting:-

To enable / expand the organizing power of NAC - More Organizations / Associations / Unions / Federations who want to join NAC Adding them free of cost. Each organization will nominate one member to the National Council / State Council and the meetings of the Councils will be held twice a year, along with the CWC / State Working Committee

Subject no. - 3. Monthly meeting of district/tehsil level mandatory It is mandatory to organize a monthly meeting in each district/tehsil and a specific date should be announced.

Note:- In the 7th Shirdi CWC meeting - On zero payment (free of cost) as associate member and on Rs.120/- as annual fees for active member. It has already been decided to add members to NAC organization as active members by accepting annual membership fee of Rs.120/-.

 1. Coordination Committee :-  President - Hon. Mr. Ramakant Nargund, Chief Coordinator South India

 2. Finance Committee :- President - Hon. Shri Amiya Kumar Das, State Treasurer West Bengal.

(Created to enable the organization financially ) This Committee has been constituted by the NAC Chief to implement the recommendations of the LM. Siddiqui Committee. So that, the district / state / center's share of the amount received by organization membership fee for joining NAC can be determined in the eligible proof. This system will be the same in all the states.

3. Agitation Committee :-  President - Hon. Mr. Ramesh Chander Bahuguna, National Secretary.  Vice President - Hon. Shri Jatinder Veer Singh, State President Punjab

4. Ethics Committee:-  President - Hon. Shri C M Deshpande, Chief Coordinator West India. Note :- The names of the members of all the above committees will be announced soon by Honorable Commander Ashok Raut, National President.

Subject no. - 5. Outline of the upcoming Agitations :- In view of the increase in death rate of EPS95 pensioners who are facing death due to very little pension amount and lack of medical facilities, and for this reason the anger prevailing among the pensioners, the following agitations were announced:-


From Tehsil/District Level to National Level

1. Same Day Nationwide - Road Blockage/Rasta Roko

2. Rail Roko movement at the main railway stations of the country on the same day.

3. Collective wish of death.

It may be noted that one month's notice of the above agitation will be sent to the Government of India. Agitation can be done at any time after the expiry of the notice, it will be mentioned in the notice.

Special Request:-

Respected leaders of all levels of NAC are requested to continue Pensioners Bachao Abhiyan during this one month notice period and start preparing for upcoming agitations from now itself.

After unanimous decision, Chief Coordinator of South India Mr. Ramakant Nargund ji gave special guidance and said that NAC leaders should review their work themselves. EPS society of the country is looking towards all of us with hopeful eyes. In the coming times, we will also have to give accountability of our work.


With this, he expressed his gratitude to everyone.

The Chief Coordinator of East India Mr. Tapan Dutta addressed the meeting in detail while highlighting various aspects and expressed gratitude towards the organizers for the grand divine event.

National Chief Advisor Dr. Shri PN Patil ji encouraged everyone by giving poignant guidance and wished the pensioners a bright future.

National General Secretary of the organization Mr. Virendra Singh Rajawat expressed gratitude to the leaders of various states who came from thousands of miles in his speech and expressed gratitude to the organisers.

The reasons why our demands have not yet been accepted were highlighted with facts. In the case of higher pension, he said that the pensioners are not responsible for non submission the option forms, but those who did not accept the option forms of these pensioners are responsible. He reiterated this resolution that NAC will provide justice to all pensioners. Further, he discussed some special messages and asked everyone to work as a messenger and a gardener without becoming the owner of this NAC family.


Guidance of the National President Commander Ashok Raut

Honorable Commander Ashok Raut expressed complete solution on the discussion and decisions on the proposals and suggestions that came in the CWC meeting. Appreciated the actions of the NAC leaders. Special congratulations to the Chief Coordinator of South India Shri Ramakant Nargund ji, Shri G S M Swami ji, Shri Manjunath ji and their entire team. He further said that -

Being the National President of NAC he went to Mumbai on 30.11.2022 to receive the honour the Atal Shastra Markenomy Award (Persona of the Decade) and said that this award belongs to NAC, it belongs to all of you and dedicated to the NAC.

In the end, all the leaders present accepted their respective responsibilities bravely and talked about coming forward in the work of transformation of the EPS society.

Infusing new energy and consciousness in all the leaders, he ended his conversation with his loved ones. He also honored the NAC Vijaypur team, Mandya team, Devengere team, Coimbatore team, NAC Karnataka team and Aurangabad (Maharashtra) women's team
