In this article for EPS 95 Pensioners Information on the behalf of one EPS 95 Pensioner Mr. Tapas Kumar Biswas of Kolkata some important information is shared, he done deep study in r/o pension revision on higher wages in r/o SOME petitioners wherein earlier it was revised by taking Average of 60 months as Pensionable salary but after intervention of High court, their pension had been further revised by taking Average of 12 months as Pensionable salary on the basis of Judgment dt. 12.10.2018 of Kerala High Court in CWP 13120 of 2015 and dismissal of SLP filed by EPFO on 1.4.2019 by the Supreme Court.
