MAIN CASE/S

Mr. Sumeet Goel and Mr. Rajesh Hooda, learned counsel, would inform this Court that the Supreme Court has accepted review petitions and that consideration of these cases would have to await the decision of the Supreme Court.

The cases are accordingly adjourned sine die with liberty to the learned counsel to seek revival of the cases, if and when the occasion arises.

This Court is informed that notice of motion is yet to be ordered in some of the cases. There shall accordingly be a general order of notice of motion in all these cases, wherever it is yet to be ordered.
