EPS 95 Pension Cases Supreme Court Final Order: As per assessment, verdict should be pronounced on this day, Every EPS 95 pensioner must Know

The Supreme Court currently has the 3rd to 8th and 9th holidays, 9th Sunday, and will open on the 10th.  Of course, the result will not come before the 10th. The term of the Chief Justice ends on 8.11.2022 but Guru Nanak Jayanti has been declared as a holiday on that day, so it seems that his term will end on 7.11.2022. The Supreme Court Registry should not have any idea about the holiday of 8.11.2022. Kalai Tasmai Nam: What else!!  There are many holidays in October and only 11 working days. 7.11 in November.

There will be a farewell day i.e., only 4 working days till 7.11.  In short 11+4 total of 15 days left for your hair result.  The result will come on the same day and that day will also dawn soon.  But what kind of pensioners will be patient, the cries of self-proclaimed leaders are more than them, and that too only on Facebook or WhatsApp. Cases are not filed in court without judgment, but an order to file is also required.

EPS 95 Pensioners are mindful of the event on the date 11.8.2022 on which the Hon'ble Supreme Court the bench headed by Hon'ble Mr justice UU Lalit, the present CJI, concluded arguments on our pension cases and reserved judgment. We are waiting eagerly for the judgment which is supposed to be a long-lasting turning point in our higher pension matter. We passed 50 days waiting for judgment but in vain and even cannot predict how many are to come. Whatever may be guessed by anyone at any level, there can be no clue as to on what date the judgment may be proclaimed.

Obviously, we have no alternative but to wait until CJI may be pleased to declare judgment. Friend!! If you have come to the conclusion that SC judgment is the end of the pension issue, you are wrong. There is more stress until the judgment is applied by EPFO, and the pension comes to our bank accounts. From apart whether the judgment causes EPFO to apply it to outsiders of the cases is also a vital issue.

The judgment will cover only higher pension on actual salary, but another part of service in FPS 1971 is totally neglected and could not invite the attention of all the stalwarts, losing pension almost equal to or more than pension on actual salary. Similarly, the privileges of commutation/ROI parted with so far from 2008 are also to be arrested. Thus, there will be a lot of work post-SC judgment and we are committed to doing our best. For the time being, we will wait for SC's judgment with the hope of ending EPS 95 Pensioners waiting for the shortest. We are not in battle with either Govt or EPFO for victory.
