Under the guidance of Hon NAC Chief Commander Ashok Raut ji, the responsibility of both the programs was handed over to two different leaders by the Chief Coordinator of East India, Shri Tapan Dutta.
According both the programs were completed effectively.
1 The memorandum in the name of Chairman CBT was accepted by the Add PF Commissioner Jagmohan ji, who specially came from Delhi EPF office by Shri Ganesh ji Deka, State President, Assam at the CBT meeting place.
NAC delegation led by Shri Ganesh Deka, President Assam, Shri Piyush Chakraborty,President Silchar, Shri Pankaj Das Gupta, General Secretary West Bengal submitted memorandums to CBT members Shri Harbhajan Singh and Shri Dilip Bhattacharya ji etc. and discussed various issues with them.

2 Protest program held at EPF office, Guwahati under the leadership of senior leader of NAC Assam Shri GP Bhattacharya. More than 300 EPS 95 pensioners protested. EPF office area resonated with the slogans of pensioners. Organizations affiliated to NAC also participated in the program.
