Prime minister requestig to

settle the life and death Issue.

Kind attention of the Hon'ble Chief Justice of Supreme Court, Sri N V Ramanagaru, is invited to the subject and references cited above.

We request the hon'ble Chief Justice to come to resquet to the daily Starvation Deaths of the poor Retired Employees adding to the  list of 25 lakh Starvation deaths  following the abnormal delay made in implementing Judgement due to review petitions duly, Disposing off Review petitions to protect the lives of 40 lakh remaining pensioners and the families of 25 lakh EPS 95 pensioners out of of 60 lakhs since 1995.


We request the Hon'ble Supreme Cour kindly to order the Central Government responsible for the deaths of  25  lakh pensioners to pay rs 50 lakhs each to the bereaved family members of the demised retired employees, due to abnormal delay made in implementing the judgement of the Highest Apex Court of the Country for seeking adjournments Willfully.


Early settlement of the retired EPS 95 pensioners may please be made duly Disposing off the review petitions filed by Central Government and EPFO inview of starving and dyeing pensoners spread all over the country without allowing further postponement of the burning Case posted for hearing on 20-07Non implementation of the hon'ble Supreme Court's Judgement delivered during the year 2016 with regards to the Eps 95 pensioners' Revised Higher Pension-- Disposal of the Review Petitions filed by Central Government and EPFO EPFO pending since 5 years unheard seeking adjournments playing delay tactics by Central Government-- Requested-2021 duly ordering for payment of Revised Higher Pension based on actual salaries and minimum pension Rs 7500/- + DA per month with Medical Reimbursement
