“According to the office report, SLP (Civil) Nos.8658-8659 of2019 and all other connected matters involving similar issues will belisted on 20.07.2021.
Heard Mr. K.K. Venugopal, learned Attorney General forIndia. Issue notice, returnable on 20.07.2021. Dasti service, inaddition, is permitted.
Pending further consideration, the effect and operation of thejudgment presently under challenge shall remain stayed.
List this matter alongwith SLP (Civil) Nos.8658-8659 of 2019etc. on 20.07.2021.”
It is submitted that there are sixty seven respondents. Notice was issued to all the respondents through speed post as well as dasti through counsel for the petitioner.
It is further submitted that as per track report notice is still in transit and counsel forthe petitioner has not filed affidavit proof of dasti service so far.
The matters alongwith applications above-mentioned are listed before the Hon’bleCourt with this office report.Dated this the 19th day of July, 2021
