SUB: System of hearing of matters before Delhi High Court with effect from 19 April 2021
In constitution of this court office order No. 223/RG/DHC/2021 dated 8 April 2021, keeping in view the alarming rise in the covid-19 cases in the NCT of Delhi, it has been ordered that all the Honorable Benches of this Court shall, with effect from 19 April 2021, take up extremely URGENT matters file in the year 2021 only.
It has been further order that father pending routine/non-routine matter and the matters field/listed the for this Court between 22 March 2020 and 31 December 2020 shall not be taken up by this Court and such matter shall be made "en block" as per the date already notified. In case of any extreme urgency, the request in the pending matters may be made on the already notified designated link.

OPINION OF EPS 95 PENSIONERS
Prabhakara Narasimhaiah: Urgent Cases !Is it not arbitrary?Who decides what is urgent and what is not ?What about EPS'95 Pendoiners"Case ?It is certainly urgent to the aggrieved though Court may think otherwise as per its own priority ?
Sukhpal Singh Bedi: To get justice in our country is very difficult task, better reach at Almighty and get it.
Narasimhan Kothandapani: I think it is applicable to Delhi High court only. But EPS case is in Supreme court. May habe to wait for any news

Reason to escape as all three joined together. They eat good food they dony allow others to eat because that's burden to Govt now they are enjoying our money. That should not be stopped for them so they never decode
