EPS 95 LATEST NEWS: 65 LAKH PENSIONER MUST KNOW | EPS 95 MINIMUM PENSION HIKE 7500+DA, EPS 95 HIGHER PENSION NEWS

 National Agitation Committee

Respected brothers and sisters,

All of you are aware that on one hand, the Hon'ble Prime Minister has given us a direct assurance on 4.3.2020 in respect of our reasonable demands. He had also given instructions to the Ministers concerned for a proper solution. On appeal by the Hon'ble Minister for Labour all the agitations have been withdrawn except for the chain hunger strike (for the last 825 days) in Buldhana Maharashtra. However. on the other hand, injustice and atrocities on pensioners by the Employees Provident Fund Organization are Continuing.

For example his own (EPFO) circular dated 23.03.2017, which allows higher pension as per Supreme Court's order dated 04.10.2016 that circular has been kept in abeyance by prejudiced order dated 20.03.2021. Not to give correct information in respect of justice related matters related to pension of Supreme Court or to the Attorney General.

Without presenting the correct facts and by the presenting improper issues etc. by the Labor Secretary to the Parliamentry Committee on Labor. Considering all the above fact , it is necessary to oppose the acts of the EPFO at all the offices of the EPFO at the country-wide level so that the truth is brought out. The correct information and feelings of pensioners can be brought to the notice of the Honorable Prime Minister / Chief Justice, Supreme Court.

It is requested to all the leaders of the NAC to give their consent to the above protest program so that further action can be taken.

It should be known that due to Corona epidemic, only 2 to 4 pensioners will participate in this "protest program" infront of EPFO offices keeping in mind all the rules of the Government/ administration.

The so-called letter of EPFO dated 20.3.2021 will be burnt in the proposed programme of this protest day i.e.on dated 06.04.2021 and a Memorandum in the name of Hon. Prime Minister will be given in the concerned EPFO office.

yours,
Commander Ashok Raut,
National President
