Respected sir ,
It is submitted once again that the justice is being awaited by eps95 pensioners , having no scope of higher pension who worked in their life's prime time in various big and small private factories , industries and public companies /boards / corporations owned by the central and state govts , majority of whom belong to poor category IN MANUFACTURING OF PRODUCTS like FOOD, CLOTHING & SHELTER CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS , METALS , MINERALS , FERTILIZERS ,SO MANY OTHER ESSENTIALS , TRANSPORT SERVICES THAT CATER TO THE NEEDS OF CITIZENS Of OUR NATION BESIDES DEFENSE EQUIPMENT ( BEML) ETC. 

BUT NOW THESE PENSIONERS ARE UNABLE TO MEET THEIR OWN BASIC NEEDS FOR SURVIVAL IN RETIREMENT LIFE BEING UNCARED OF THEIR SUFFERINGS , HARDSHIPS IN LIVELIHOOD CAUSED BY THE MEAGRE PENSION PROVIDED UNDER THE EMPLOYEES PENSION SCHEME 1995 .

KINDLY LET NOT THESE PENSIONERS CONTINUE WITH THEIR PRESENT STATUS OF SOCIAL - ECONOMICALLY INSECURE LIFE CAUSED BY THE EPS 1995 SCHEME WITH THE FACT THAT WORKMEN PLAY IMPORTANT ROLE FOR THE GROWTH OF THE NATION.

The demand has been placed by the EPS pensioners before your kind self for a minimum pension of Rs7500 with Dearness Allowance in order to live a minimum standard life , free from dependency in their advanced age crossing 70 years plus.

The EPS pensioners spread across the nation , being in despair with the present pension , unable to live their life with ease depending on others for basic needs , request your good self for kind consideration of the demand of the pensioners for hike in minimum pension with dearness allowance that happens to be livable and justifiable pension at the present cost of life , looking into the circumstances of age factor and grievances that have been brought to your kind knowledge .
