👉 *मा. कमांडर अशोक राऊत*,राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष ने मा. श्रममंत्री व अध्यक्ष,सेन्ट्रल बोर्ड(CBT) ऑफ ट्रस्टीज को भेजी नोटिस.

👉*नोटिस की प्रत *मा. प्रधानमंत्री जी/मा. वित्तमंत्री जी/मा. सभी CBT सदस्यो/सेंट्रल प्रॉव्हिडेंट फंड कमिशनर व पुलिस कमिशनर* नई दिल्ली को भेजी गयी.

👉 *नोटिस के अनुसार* :-

संगठन ने तहसील स्तर से लेकर राष्ट्रीय स्तर के सैकडो आंदोलन करने के बाद व मा. श्रममंत्री जी के साथ कई मीटिंगे होने के बाद भी हमारी मांगो को मंजूर नहीं किया गया है.

👉 *सेंट्रल बोर्ड ऑफ ट्रस्टीज* की विशेष व इमरजेंसी मीटिंग बुलाकर संगठन के प्रस्ताव दिनांक 20.8.2019 के अनुसार कम से कम पेन्शन रु 7500, उस पर मेहंगाई भत्ता व वास्तविक वेतन पर उच्च पेन्शन इन मांगो एक साथ उपलब्ध संसाधनों से मंजूर करने का निवेदन किया गया है

👉* NAC की केंद्रीय कार्यकारिणी व राष्ट्रीय अधिवेशन में मंजूर प्रस्ताव के अनुसार *यदि 30 दिन के अंदर हमारी मांगे पूर्ण नहीं की जाती हैं* तो आंदोलन को अधिक तीव्र किया जायेगा.

👉*.दिनांक 1.11.2019 से 7.11.2019 तक ग्राम स्तर से लेकर तहसील/जिला/प्रदेश स्तर तक विविध प्रकार के संघर्षात्मक आंदोलन पूरे देश में किये जाएंगे.

*2.दिनांक 4.12.2019 दिनांक 6.12.2019 तक दिल्ली में पेंशन धारकों द्वारा विविध प्रकार के संघर्षात्मक आंदोलन होंगे*

👉 *दिनांक 7.12.2019 को दिल्ली में देश भर के लाखों पेंशन धारकों द्वारा दिल्ली के प्रमुख मार्गों पर "रास्ता- रोको" आंदोलन किया जायेगा.*

👉*इन आंदोलनों में 60 से 80 वर्ष के पेन्शन धारक सहभागी होगे.किसी भी प्रकार की अनुचित घटना के लिये प्रशासन जबाबदार रहेगा.

*Hon. Commander Ashok Raut*, National President sent Agitation Notice to the Hon. Labor Minister and Chairman, Central Board (CBT) of Trustees

with copy to Hon.Prime Minister / Hon. Finance Minister / All Hon. CBT Members / Central Provident Fund Commissioner and Police Commissioner, New Delhi.

*As per Notice*: -

👉After organizing hundreds of agitational movements from Tehsil level to National level by our organization and after our several meetings with Hon. Labor Minister, our demands are not yet resolved.

👉*It has been requested to Hon. Labor Minister to call Special and an Emergency meeting of Central Board of Trustees and sanction at least Pension Rs 7500 with dearness allowance and option for higher pension on actual salary with available resources by considering NAC's proposal Dtd.20.8.2019.

👉*According to the Resolution passed in the Central Working Committee meeting and National Convention of the NAC held in Nanded (Maharashtra), if our demands are not resolved within next 30 days, then the movement will be intensified.

👉*1)From Dtd 1/11/2019 to 7/11/2019, various protest movements will be organized from village level to Tahsil / District / State level throughout the country.

👉2) From Dtd. 4.12.2019 to 6.12.2019, there will be various protest movements in Delhi by pension holders and on *Dtd. 7.12.2019 there will be "RASTA-ROKO"* Confrontational Movement on the Main routes of Delhi by Lakhs of pensioners across the country. .

👉* 60 to 80 year Old pension holders will be participating in these movements.
