माननीय हाईकोर्ट इंदौर मप्र (DB) EPFO द्वारा दायर पुनर्विचार याचिका खारिज कर दी गई। ज्ञात हो ईपीएफओ द्वारा ईपीएस९५ के वास्तविक वेतन की ८.३३%राशि पर देय ब्याज जमा किए जाने की तारीख के माह के आखिर तक गणना कर वसूली जा रही यह सभी ईपीएस९५ सेवानिवृत्त साथियों के लिए आदेश मील का पत्थर साबित हुआ है।
Hon'ble High Court of Indore (MP) Double Bench has dismissed the review petition filed by RPFC/EPFO'. As being done by EPFO/RPFC on differential 8.33% on actual wages, interest are collected up-to-date (till last of the day of the month), whereas as per Apex Court orders dated 4/10/2016, the interest on difference of amount are payable till date of retirement, i.e. till date the retiree attains his/her age of 58 years It's really a milestone victory , of our Eps95 Retiree fraternity.

It non understandable that after so many cases still Epf 95penson not in hand of retired person.they all are in trouble will Modi interface in this case immediately.he has 56inch chest
