EPS 95 Online application for pre 2014 retirees

EPFO has formulated online filing of joint option  declaration which has been made available in their portal and placed on their official wave site  .The portal speaks of its applicability  only to those retirees who fulfills the eligibility criteria which is already prescribed in the said portal. The retirees who fullfill such criteria will only be responded.So far as FCI retirees are concerned it is very much clear that their eligibility is yet not confirmed neither by the FCI management nor by the EPFO Hqrs with whom the matter is being pursued collectively for FCI retirees who retired before 2014, and unfortunately there   is no response till date.So far FCI retirees are concerned in exercising such option will certainly be a futile efforts as my my view. Even after this situation, if any body wants to take a trial on EPFO portal, they are free to do, my only request with such friends will be this much,  that to please apprise your results to all expeditiously 

Only one question... when the  Food Corporation of India has  totally been denied for  contribution towards pension fund on actual salary on 2006 and the same has not been restored by EPFO as yet even after the SC judgement dated 4.11.2022, than how the joint option could be exercised alone by an individual as another counterpart to the said option is FCI herself ?

It is need less to mention here that the criteria of eligibility is clearly mentioned in the portal itself.The portal is not like internet video game sir, let anybody play such game but being well matured and having some comman sence,we must realise that the portal floated by EPFO may be use ful for retirees of other organisation, but definately it is no worth for pre 2014 retirees of Food Corporation of India. Had EPFO had considered the claim of FCI put forth on 2006 and now in the recant past ,EPFO could have formulated their portal befitting to FCI retirees too. It means that EPFO is reluctant not to give any relief to FCI retirees as of date.
