EPS 95 Pension Latest News Today: NAC चीफ ने केंद्र सरकार को मा. केंद्रीय श्रम मंत्री जी के माध्यम से EPFO अन्यायकारक के सर्कुलर के विरोध में आंदोलन की नोटिस भेजी

National Agitation Committee: NAC चीफ ने केंद्र सरकार को मा. केंद्रीय श्रम मंत्री जी के माध्यम से आंदोलन की नोटिस भेजी। उच्च पेंशन के संदर्भ में माननीय सुप्रीम कोर्ट के निर्णय दिनांक 04.11.2022 के संदर्भ में EPFO द्वारा दिनांक 29. दिसंबर 2022 के अन्यायकारक सर्कुलर के विरोध में NAC द्वारा लिखा गया सभी तथ्यों पर आधारित अति महत्वपूर्ण - विशेष पत्र,  साथ ही की गई आंदोलन की घोषणा। 

बिना किसी भेदभाव के सभी EPS 95 पेंशनर्स को उच्च पेंशन की सुविधा प्रदान करने के संदर्भ में निर्देश दिनांक 09 जनवरी 2023 तक जारी किए जाएं अन्यथा दिनांक 10 जनवरी 2023 को EPFO के सर्कुलर की होली कर देश के सभी EPFकार्यालयों पर तीव्र प्रदर्शन किया जाएगा  इस प्रकार की नोटिस संबंधित अधिकारियों को E Mail द्वारा भेजी गई

National Agitation Committee:-

NAC Chief sent  Notice of agitation through Union Labor Minister to  the Union of India. Very important special letter based on all facts written by NAC against the unjust circular dated 29.12.2022 by EPFO ​​with reference to Hon'ble Supreme Court's decision dated 04.11.2022 regarding higher pension.  Simultaneously, the announcement of the movement was made.

In the context of providing higher pension facility to all EPS 95 pensioners without any discrimination, instructions should be issued by 09.01.2023, otherwise on dated 10.01.2023, all the EPF offices of the country will be vigorously demonstrated by burning the EPFO's circula.
