EPS 95 Higher Pension : सुप्रीम कोर्ट के द्वारा दिनांक 04.11.2022 के निर्णय में उच्च पेंशन पर न्याय देते समय दिनांक 01.09.2014 से पहले के रिटायर्ड पेंशनर्स न्याय से वंचित रह गए

प्रिय मित्रों, आप सभी महानुभावों को सादर सूचित करना है कि- सुप्रीम कोर्ट के द्वारा दिनांक 04.11.2022 के निर्णय में उच्च पेंशन पर न्याय देते समय दिनांक 01.09.2014 से पहले के रिटायर्ड पेंशनर्स न्याय से वंचित रह गए हैं। NAC उन्हें न्याय प्रदान करवाने हेतु दृढ़ संकल्पित है।

उन्हे सरकार द्वारा न्याय प्रदान करवाने हेतु क्या ठोस कदम उठाए जाए इस विषय पर चिंतन जारी है।

मा. एड. श्री कविश डांगे राष्ट्रीय मुख्य न्यायिक सलाहकार के मार्गदर्शन में हमारी लीगल टीम भी ठोस कार्रवाई करने पर आपस में विचार विमर्श कर रही है।

दिनांक 09.11.2022 को अमरावती (महाराष्ट्र) में राष्ट्रीय मुख्य न्यायिक सलाहकार श्री कविश डांगे,राष्ट्रीय महा सचिव श्री वीरेन्द्र सिंह राजावत व राष्ट्रीय मुख्य सलाहकार श्री पी एन पाटील, राष्ट्रीय न्यायिक सलाहकार एड. श्री जी टी एकडे, महाराष्ट्र के प्रांतीय सचिव श्री अशोक टेंभरे तथा NAC के कुछ वरिष्ठ पदाधिकारियों की इसी संदर्भ में एक महत्वपूर्ण मीटिंग सुनियोजित है, जिसमें इन्हीं मुद्दों पर चिंतन किया जाएगा।

दिनांक 01.09.2014 के बाद रिटायर्ड हुए पेंशनर्स के द्वारा दिए जाने वाले ज्वाइंट आप्शन के विषय में पत्राचार सहित नमूने आदि शीघ्र प्रसारित किए जायेंगे।

दिनांक 01.09.2014 के पहले रिटायर्ड पेंशनर्स के विषय में NAC द्वारा किए जाने वाले प्रयत्नों से संबंधित दिशा निर्देश/विरोध आंदोलन आदि  की जानकारी दिनांक 10।11।2022 की झूम मीटिंग में विस्तार सहित आप सभी को दी जाएगी।

मिनिमम पेंशन रु।7500+ DA व मेडिकल आदि मांगों को CBT की स्पेशल मीटिंग बुलाकर अविलंब पूर्ण किया जाए अन्यथा तीव्र आंदोलन किया जाएगा, ऐसी नोटिस भेजने की तैयारी हो चुकी है। इसकी चर्चा NAC के वरिष्ठ पदाधिकारियों से करने के बाद दिनांक 10.11.2022 की झूम मीटिंग में भी चर्चा की जाएगी।

Dear friends, It is to inform all of you dignitaries that- In the judgment dated 04.11.2022 by the Supreme Court, while giving justice on higher pension, the retired pensioners before 01.09.2014 have been deprived of justice. NAC is determined to provide justice to them.

Contemplation is going on as to what concrete steps should be taken by the Government to provide them a justice.

Under the guidance of Adv  Shri Kawish ji  Dange, National Chief Legal Advisor, our legal team is also discussing amongst themselves to take such concrete action.

National Chief Legal Adviser Shri Kawish Dange, National General Secretary, Shri Virendra Singh Rajawat and National Chief Advisor Shri PN Patil, National Legal Advisor Adv  Shri GT Ekde, Maharashtra State  Secretary Shri Ashok ji Tembre and some senior officials of NAC are meeting immediately. In this  meeting all the  issues shall be discussed.

Samples of forms  including  joint options to be  given by the  pensioners who have retired after 01.09.2014 will be circulated thereafter soon.

In the case of our retired pensioners( before 01.09.2014), information about  the guidelines/protest/ agitation program etc. ( related to the efforts to be made by NAC) ,  will be given to all of you along with the  details in the Zoom meeting on 10.11.2022.

Minimum pension of Rs.7500+ DA and medical demands should be met without delay by calling a special meeting of CBT, otherwise there will be intense agitation. Preparations have been made to send such notices to all concern. These details shall also be discussed in the Zoom meeting of 10.11.2022.
