Good News for EPS 95 Pensioners: EPS 95 Higher Pension cases Supreme Court latest New, EPFO is made request to court for his arrangements of tables and software?

The Supreme Court on 11 August 2022 reserved judgment on the appeals filed by the Employees Provident Fund Organization challenging the Kerala, Rajasthan and Delhi High Court judgments which had quashed the Employee's Pension (Amendment) Scheme, 2014.A 3-judge bench comprising Justices Uday Umesh Lalit, Aniruddha Bose and Sudhanshu Dhulia reserved judgment after 6-days of hearing.

Therefore it is clear that our judgment is not held by court. EPFO is made request to court for his arrangements of tables and software. They need time before verdict. My dear retire friends you are already win the judgement, verdict know the EPFO manage it. We can get the verdict on last day 8th or 9th Nov22 because this was done previously also.
