UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following


ORDER

The instant matter raises similar issues as were dealt with by this Court in referral order dated 24.08.2021 passed in SLP (Civil) Nos.8658-8659 of 2019 and other connected matters. The entire bunch of matters has been referred to a Bench of three-Judges of this Court.

Heard Ms. Binisa Mohanty, learned Advocate in support of the petition.

Liberty is granted to amend the writ petition.

Issue notice, returnable on 12.07.2022.

Dasti service, in addition, is permitted.


Liberty is granted to serve the learned Advocate who had entered appearance on behalf of the Employees Provident Fund Organisation in the matters dealt with by the referral order.

List the matter along with Special Leave Petition (Civil) Nos.8658-8659 of 2019 and other connected matters, before the appropriate Court after seeking requisite directions from the Hon’ble the Chief Justice of India.

Pending further consideration, the effect and operation of the communication dated 28.12.2021 (Annexure ‘P-1’ to the present petition) shall remain stayed.
