EPS 95 Pension: An Expert Committee's Report on EPS 95 Minimum /Higher pension

Important message:-

Out of the 4-point main demands of EPS 95 pensioners, two were ,to get the demands of minimum pension Rs.7500+DA and higher pension on actual salary. Important documents to this effect were  submitted by NAC to the Ministry of Labor / EPFO / Parliamentary Committee on Labor and Ministry of Finance. Out of this One is - An  Expert  Committee report. This Expert committee  was  formed by NAC Chief Er./Adv. Kavish Dange Committee's Report on Minimum /Higher pension.

This report is being publicized and disseminated for the information of all the EPS 95 members. In this report, the feasibility of minimum pension of Rs.7500+DA and higher pension has been recommended.

It should be known that  Er./Ad. Shri Kavish Dange ji is the National Chief Legal Advisor of NAC.  His educational qualification is - M.Tech (EPS), LLM, MBA (Finance).  He had been the General Secretary of the Organization of Engineers (SEA) and has retired from the post of Executive Engineer in Maharashtra State Electricity Transmission Company.

It should also be known that in the important meeting of NAC Chief Commander Ashok Raut with Hon. Union Finance Secretary held on 08.02.2022 as per the initiative of Hon. Smt. Hema Malini ji, MP, Mathura, Shri Kavish Dange ji has been present as NAC representative.
