Observation of EPS pensioners and senior citizens on the defeat of 3/4 seats in the by-elections.
Please see the headlines of various news media where it is very clear that BJP has got a shock in the by-elections. BJP has suffered a lot of losses in the by-election due to the negligence of EPS pensioners and senior citizens. Minimum pension bee is paid Rs. 1000 /- per month which is not enough to meet medical expenses.
Thousands of High Court decisions and eleven Supreme Court decisions regarding EPS pensioners were not honored. Repeated appeal in Supreme Court against favorable decisions of EPS pensioners in various High Courts. EPS pensioners are being dragged to courts since 2006. Neither BJP nor the government is ready to listen to the voice of EPS pensioners and senior citizens.
CBT members are influenced by EPFO for not taking any decision in favor of EPS pensioners. CBT members become rubber stamps of EPFO. Millions of applications of EPS pensioners are in cold bag. BJP-led government seems to be misleading by EPFO. Mr. Narendra Modi, who seems to be misled by EPFO. EPS pensioners are troubled by court lawsuits and have no trust on the present government, which was expecting a lot from the BJP government.
Millions of EPS pensioners have died due to hunger and lack of medical facilities. BJP's defeat is very unfortunate. But we can't stop all EPS pensioners from voting against BJP due to losing faith in BJP Govt. Seven years is a big time for the current BJP government to decide.
BJP demanded Rs. 3000 minimum EPS pension while in opposition but fixed Rs. 1000 after coming to power. This has created distrust on BJP. Respected Mr. Narendra Modi ji you can do miracles but we are not in a position to understand the reason for not resolving the complaints of EPS pensioners since last 7 years.
Hope at least understand the seriousness of EPS pensioners complaint and resolve as soon as possible and save EPS pensioner and save India from losing Modi ji.
