Eastern India Convention of EPS 95 National Committee (NAC) concluded successfully. Presence and guidance of National President and Chief Guide of NAC, Hon Commander Ashok Raut.The presence of top leaders of the states of East India, including the central team of NAC.

Presence of all the main leaders of North, South, East, and West India. Presence and discussion of famous labor leaders also. The program started by lighting the lamp by the dignitaries. Tributes were paid to all the brave men and women who lost their lives, during the movements of NAC / Corona.

The organizers felicitated the presence of the dignitaries. Shri Tapan Dutta, Chief Coordinator, Eastern India and State President, West Bengal made the inauguration speech and told the purpose and importance of the convention.

After that

Intensive discussion session on various topics related to EPS 95 pensioners concluded. Special discussion was also held regarding the decisions taken in the Jamshedpur (Jharkhand) CWC meeting.

Chief guide of the convention and NAC Chief Hon. Commander Ashok Raut In his speech praised the work of the West Bengal team. Further, he said that in the context of our demands, we should have faith in the Prime Minister but we do not have faith in the system.

In this last phase of the struggle, we have to be fully alert towards the intentions of the bureaucratic system while further strengthening the organization. He Appealed to all the leaders to go ahead with the decisions taken in the CWC with full capacity to get the four-point demands of the pensioners soon because our members are leaving us day by day and leaving the world in agony.

Finally, through this Convention, he appealed to the Hon Prime Minister to fulfill the assurance given by him that the government should accept our four-point demands soon and do not test our patience.

Shri Virendra Singh Rajawat, National General Secretary, Shri Bapuji Patra, National Secretary (IT), Shri Ramakant Nargund, Chief Coordinator, South India, Shri Pradeep Dey, Senior NAC leader of East India, Shri Subhash Pokharkar, Chief Coordinator in charge West India and Organization Secretary, Shri Deepak Banerjee, Organization Secretary East India, Shri Ganesh Deka, State President, Assam, Shri Deepak Sahu, State Secretary Odisha, Shri DM Patil, State Coordinator Maharashtra, Shri Tapan Das, Senior NAC leader, Shri Utpal Banerjee and Chhattisgarh Senior leader Ajejur Rahman, etc. participated in the discussion and also effectively addressed the gathering.

The National President of Mahila Front, Smt. Shobha Aras also expressed her views and made a special call to connect women's power with the organization.
