Allow EPS 95 Higher Pension to EPS 95 Pensioners: Kind attention of the Chief Justice of Supreme Court Sri N V Ramana | Letter to Chief Justice of Supreme Court

Kind attention of the Chief Justice of Supreme Court Sri N V Ramana Garu to the attached mail requesting to to implement the Supreme Court's judgement delivered during the year 2016 in favour of EPS 95 RTD Pensioners to pay revised higher pension calculated on Actual Salaries from the date of retirement with DA and medical reimbursement.

Following the continuous adjournments continuously since 2016, arround 25 lakh Rtd pensioners died of Starvation unable to live with the pension ranging from rs 500/-to rs 1000/-per month.

We request the hon'ble Chief Justice of Supreme Court N V Ramana Garu to save the remaining 40 lakh retired pensioners to dispose of the Review Petitions filed by the Central Government and EPFO and implement the Supreme Court's judgement of 2016 and order for the sanction of Rs 7500+DA+medical reimbursement from the date of retirement duly completing the hearing of Review Petitions without further delay.
