EPS -95 National Agitation committee, Goa organized sammelan at Jai Santoshi Mata temple hall, New Vaddem, Vasco da Gama, Goa on 24/09/2021.

The function was attended by more than 100 retired employees of various industrial units spread across Goa. The sammelan was presided over by Cdr. Ashok Rautji, NSM, IN retd, the National President of NAC. Mr. Baburay Naik, president Goa state, Shri Ramakant Gaonkar, secretary, Shri Dattatreya Savant, Vice President, Shri Suryakant Ankolekar, coordinator, Shri Ankush Bagkar, NAC member and President, Goa Shipyard retired employees association, Shri Pundalic Bhosle, NAC active member.


Mr. Ankush Bagakar anchored the program. President NAC Goa Shri Baburay Naik welcomed all the dignitaries and highlighted the aims and objectives of the NAC. He also briefly stated the achievement of NAC under the leadership of Cdr. Ashok Rautji.

The sammelan started with the lighting of traditional lamps and offering flowers to the dignitaries and special invitees. -Cdr. Ashok Rautji was felicitated by team Goa per safe hands of senior-most EPS-95 pensioners Shri Neelkanth p. Naik by offering sriphal, shawl, and memento.


Cdr. Ashok Rautji addressing the audience informed that in a short span of three years of existence of NAC had created a national level impact and with the united support of all of the pensioners, we are lucky to conclude two positive meetings with the Honourable Prime Minister of India besides 18 meetings with the ministry of labour, Finance Minister Mrs. Nirmala strawman. He Stated that NAC is hopeful that our demands for a hike in a pension are under active consideration with the Govt of India and likely to receive Good news within a months time. He appealed to all to remain united so that any attrocity from any angle can be fought with right spirit. He also answered the questions from members.
