Raise the minimum EPS 95 pension Rs. 9000 and DA for which the govt. contribution to be increased to 2.79 percent against 1.16. These were the Expert committee recommendations of 2010.
5. Higher option case regarding.
As we all know, the higher option case is again left to a 3 judges bench. We entrusted our case to a leading advocate and former judge of Kerala high court Sri. R Basanth. Normally a huge amount of money as a fee is required. We have already paid one lakh rupees to the advocate from our week fund in the belief that all the state committees would contribute to the legal expense fund. However, the committee appeals to each and every state leader to contribute to it and join the United legal fight to get a fruitful result in higher options.
6. A move to demand annual relief to epf pensioners which were discontinued for the last few years.
7. Decided to take a positive step to get our organization to be registered at an all-India level and to open an office of our own in the capital.
Friends, I hereby request all the leaders to be practical enough to get our organization alive and sincerely co-operate to implement the decisions of the meeting.
M Dharmajan
