Dear EPS 95 Pensioners today's 17 August 2021 proceedings before the Hon'ble Supreme Court is over and the Hon'ble court will again heard our  case  tomorrow before lunch.Today only EPFO advocate presented their view point and the lawyers of respondent were not heard.Before adjournment of today's proceeding Hon'ble Judge Justice U lalit passed an comments to other advocate of another item listed for today that court can not afford the luxury of leaving part heard cases unattended.Hope for the best that Advocates of respondents will get an opportunity to counter the arguments of EPFO.

Total 3.5 hrs hearing in SC to day on our cases. This is first time that detailed hearing took place. Hearing will continue tomorrow upto 12:30 noon.

Today's total time is occupied by EPFO'S Sr Adv Mr Sundaram. He will continue tomorrow also.

माननीय उच्चतम न्यायालय के समक्ष आज 17अगस्त 2021 की कार्यवाही समाप्त हो गई है और माननीय न्यायालय कल दोपहर के भोजन से पहले EPS 95 पेंशनधारकों के मामले की फिर से सुनवाई करेगा। 17अगस्त को केवल ईपीएफओ अधिवक्ता ने अपना विचार प्रस्तुत किया और प्रतिवादी के वकीलों को नहीं सुना गया।  आज की कार्यवाही स्थगित करने से पहले माननीय न्यायाधीश न्यायमूर्ति यू ललित ने आज के लिए सूचीबद्ध एक अन्य मद के अन्य अधिवक्ताओं को एक टिप्पणी पारित की कि अदालत आंशिक सुनवाई वाले मामलों को बिना सुनवाई के छोड़ देने की विलासिता को बर्दाश्त नहीं कर सकती है। सर्वोत्तम की आशा है कि प्रतिवादियों के अधिवक्ताओं को एक  ईपीएफओ के तर्कों का मुकाबला करने का अवसर।
