It is submitted that Mr. K.V Mohan, Advocate for the Proposed Impleader has on 16.08.2021   filed   Application   for   Impleadment   to   implead   the   applicant as Party Respondent along with Affidavit. The same is registered as I.A No. 99778 of 2021. Copy of the same is being circulated for the kind perusal of the Hon’ble Court.

It is further submitted that Mr. A. Venayagam Balan, Advocate for the Respondent Caveator has on 16.08.2021 e-filed Application for Permission tofile Additional Documents with Affidavit. The same is registered as I.A No. 99909 of 2021. Copy of the same is being circulated for the kind perusal of the Hon’ble Court.

SLP(C) No. 16721-16722 of 2019

It is submitted that Mr. Raj Bahadur Yadav, Advocate for the Petitioner has on 13.03.2021 filed Affidavit  proof of Service in respect of all the Respondents. Mr. P.A Noor Muhamed and Mr. C.K. Sasi, Advocates have filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 137 and 18  but no one has filed Counter-Affidavit so far.

Service of show cause notice is complete.

SLP NO. 8547 OF 2021

It is submitted that there are  sixty seven respondents. Notice was issued to all the respondents through speed post as well as dasti through counsel for the petitioner.

It is further submitted that Mr. P.S Sudheer, Advocate has on 06.08.2021 filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of all the Respondents but not filed Counter-Affidavit so far.

It is lastly submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has on 19.07.2021 filed Proof of Service in respect of all the Respondents.
