Dear EPS 95 Pensioners Friends,

As repeatedly shared, the Pb. & Hr. High Court, Chandigarh by Interim Orders dt. 06.11.2017, had directed EPFO to do wide publicity regarding implementation of Orders dt 04.10.2016 of SC (RC Gupta case) and in compliance, Zonal Office, Punjab & Himachal, Chandīgarh had convened a meeting on 24.01.2018 and got a public notice published on 25.01.2018 in various English, Hindi & Punjabi newspapers in Punjab, Himachal & Chandigarh.

A copy of that notice (in English) has been shared by me several times. On repeated requests from the pensioners in the past few days, all the related documents are being shared once again for information of pensioners and their advocates. Please read these documents thoroughly and share with your advocates/other pensioners in the common interest of all EPS’95 pensioners.
