EPS 95 Higher Pension Hearing Date: EPFO to pay revised higher pension to the retired EPS 95 pensioners based on the actual salaries with Minimum pension to Rs 7500+DA along with medical reimbursement as requested to CJI Sri N V Ramana

Kind attention of the Hon'ble Chief Justice of Supreme Court of India, Sri N V Ramana Garu is invited to the adjournment of the hearing of the eps 95 pensioners' case to 20 th, pending since 2016 halting the implementation of the Supreme Court's judgement by filing Review petitions on behalf of the Central Government and EPFO and thereby seeking adjournments continuously with influence.

In this regard I submit that around 25 lakh EPS 95 pensioners died out of starvation or committed Suicides, following the megre pension ranging from rs 300/- 1000/-per month.

Having putup more than 30 years of dedicated service in the public enterprises  organizations , unable to live with the said pension and unable to beg in the streets and on the steps of temples following advanced age, most of the pensioners around 25 lakh around 60 lakh retired pensioners died of Starvation and ill-health following inordinate delay willfully made by the Hon'ble Prime Minister Government of India to implement the Judgement of the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

Recently the case is posted for hearing on 12th July and yesterday it is again adjourned to 20 th July which is unjustified and fatal for the dyeing pensioners.

We, all the the 65 lakh pensioners including the the bereaved 25 lakh family members of the Demised pensioners spread all over the country Prey the hon'ble Chief Justice of Supreme Court arrange and see the  judgement implemented without allowing further adjournments duly Disposing the  Review Petitions
