Please refer to lakhs of representations made to the Hon'ble Prime Minister Government of India from the pensioners and pensioners' associations all over the country, particularly NAC conducting Dharnas Processions and fastings in Delhi for more than a decade. Even after around 20 lakh rtd. Pensioners died of Starvation and ill-health, the Hon'ble Prime Minister, Narendra Modi Garu Prime Minister of India never cared about the serious situation of the plight of the pensioners and their families.
Moreover, the great Prime Minister has been enjoying hearing the news of their deaths.
The Prime Minister wants many more deaths of our pensioners to further enjoy with sadistic nature without allowing the implementation of the Highest Apex Court, Supreme Court's judgement delivered yeas back to pay revised higher pension to the Retired pensioners by seeking frequent adjournments against the review petitions filed by Central Government and EPFO.
Following the abnormal delay in implementing Hon'ble Supreme Court's judgement, being made by the inhuman attitude of our Hon'ble Prime Minister Government of India by seeking adjournments continuously, the death of our Personers has been increasing day by day.
There is no other alternative to protect our lives except the implementation of the Judgement delivered by the Hon'ble Supreme Court
Hence we all 60 lakh retired pensioners including the families of 25 lakh pensioners who already died are anxiously awaiting the disposal of the review petitions filed by the Sadistic Prime Minister Narendra Modi garu and EPFO on 11 th August next month without further adjournment failing which there is no alternative to the living pensioners except to commit Suicides.
We all depend on the mercy of Hon'ble Chief Justice of Supreme Court of India, Sri N V Ramana Garu and hope the review petitions filed by the Central Government and EPFO disposed of on 11th without further adjournment.
We request the Hon'ble Chief Justice Sri N V Ramana Garu to arrange disposal of review petitions filed by Central Government and EPFO on 11th Aug. Without allowing the further adjournments likely played by the Hon'ble Prime Minister, who have been working against the interests of starving 65 lakh Retired pensioners inhumanly and see the implementation of Judgement delivered years back.

As per the constitution of India, no one shall be seen dead of Starvation or commit suicide without food. You as Prime Minister of India is solely responsible for the deaths of lakhs of retired pensioners following your delay tactics made with willful attitude to deny the human rights and neglect the implementation of the Hon'ble Supreme Court's judgement years together by some way or other for which you have to pay costs.
Hon'ble Chief Ministers of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana states with a request to protect the EPS 95 pensioners retd in both the states after having worked more than 30 years in Public Sector under Takings in the United AP, to arrange payment to them till the case in the
Supreme Court is disposed of, minimum rs 5000/- per month who are being paid bellow rs 2000/-per month and protect their lives of them belonging to our states.
