Thank you Hon'ble Prime Minister Sri Narendra Modiji for your active steps and advice being given to the people of our country and Man ki bath with regards to Corona. In spite of your sincere efforts during the Corona Virus to avoid deaths, around 4 lakh people out of 139 crore total people of our country died of Corona till now.
Unfortunately around 25 lakh EPS 95 retired employees unable to live with meagre pension ranging from Rs 300/- to rs 500/- per month who retired during the period from 1995 to 2002 starved to death and committed Suicides as against 60 lakh retired pensioners.
All the High Courts in India as well the Highest Apex Court, The Hon'ble Supreme Court of India delivered judgement in favour of pensioners for payment of enhanced revised pension as per the Pro-forma based on actual salaries at the time of their retirement 8 years ago.
Our Hon'ble Prime Minister acted against the interests of poor retired pensioners without implementing the Supreme Court's judgement delivered during the year 2016, duly filing Review petitions from the Central Government and EPFO separately and seeking adjournments since then without allowing the Supreme court to hear the burning issue
Following the willful attitude of the Hon'ble Prime Minister arround 25 lakhs out of 60 lakh Pensioners died out of Starving unable to live with rs 300/- to 500/ per month.
Prime Minister Narendra Modiji knows pretty well that he is solely responsible for the untimely death of 25 lakh retired pensioners, which is nothing but assassinations due to non-implementation of Supreme Court's judgement and further prolonging the case unheard playing delay tactics.
The inhuman tendency of the Central Government towards the poor retired pensioners caused 25 lakhs EPS 95 pensioners deaths out of starvation who served more than 35 years in the public sector undertakings.
The National Calamity Corona Virus Claimed deaths of around 4 lakh people out of 139 cr people of India whereas our Central Government headed by the Dynamic Prime Minister, Sri Narendra Modiji claimed around 25 lakh EPS retired employees out of starvation and ill-health in our biggest Democratic Country of India.
The pensioners can do nothing except to pray God, Alla, Jesus to instil humanity in the mind and soul of our beloved and most respected Prime Minister to obey the Supreme Court's judgement duly allowing to hear their Review petitions without seeking further adjournments, to enable the court to implement the judgement already issued during the year 2016 without further and delay to stop further deaths.
