In today article I am sharing the Region wise/Zone wise detail of the EPS 95 Higher Pension cases wherein pension on higher salary has been settled by EPFO in compliance of EPFO Head Office Circular dt. 23.3.2017.

Region wise/Zone wise detail of the 24672 number of cases wherein pension on higher salary has been settled by EPFO as on 17.01.2020 in compliance of EPFO Head Office Circular dt. 23.3.2017.
The information is obtained by filing RTI application as below
Detail of cases of pension revision settled by all the Regional Offices(Zone wise) in compliance of EPFO HQ directive dt. 23.3.2017 up-to-date of supply of information to me. Such information is being sent to HQ regularly by all the Zones every week on Fridays
Soft copy of the up-to-date compiled data (Excel format) regarding pension revision by all the Regional Offices (Zone wise) in compliance of EPFO HQ directive dt. 23.3.2017 (received by HQ in excel format from all the Zones) based on which the consolidated information is prepared. Latest available Soft Copy of the consolidated information as below.

As on today,13 this Sept 2020 , eps95 pensioners who had retired on or before 30 Sept,2008, getting a monthly pension (interest),from the age of completion of 58,is negligible to survive.In such cases whether EPFO has given lists of these members zone wise?Or members who have had applied/filed write petition in honorary high courts for higher pension, EPFO declared lists of members who have been receiving revised pensions as per the list? Are you getting my point?
ReplyDeleteWhether 65 lacs people will get the benefit of higher pensions even if they are citizens of this country and who had been worked for this country.Government has differentiate between government employees and Private employees!This is absolutely wrong decisions on the subject matter by the government at that time (1971 &16.11.1995)and these days of Koronavirus pendamic 65 lacs peoples are suffering from the mistakes done for selfishness of the individual/s at this moment/junction peoples are unnecessary harassing from 1971&1995 onwards! Henceforth you put up with the same problem with all concerned and suggestions should be made to the concerned,by preparing as Media who are doing their jobs More efficiently and effectively!S o favourable response from government and epfo offices should come forward for such reasonable works for senior citizens!
