A Contempt Petition No. 480/2020, Neeraj Bhargava and others (the retired employees of NBC, National Engineering Industries Ltd. Jaipur) was filed on account of non compliance and deliberate disobedience of the Judgment dated 28.08.2019 passed by Hon’ble Division Bench in DB-SAW 981/2019.

By the Judgment dated 28.08.2019, a Division Bench of Hon’ble High Court has ordered to grant pension to the employees on Actual Salary.

The above Contempt Petition No. 480/2020 was listed before the Court of Hon’ble Chief Justice and Hon’ble Justice Shri Pankaj Bhandari on 11-08-2020,

Today after hearing the matter at length the Hon’ble Court was prima facie satisfied about the non compliance of the Judgment and accordingly it issued notices to the respondents.
The matter was argued by our Counsel Advocate Harsh Vardhan Nandwana.
