Please bownload FOUR important documents (merged) for the information of EPS 95 Pensioner as under (Documents as at sr. no. 3 & 4 will be found useful by the EPS 95 pensioners.
1. Reply of Mol&E dt. 22.7.2020 in r/o my RTI application no. MLABE/R/E/20/00923 dated 6.6.2020 (Pl see point no. 7). I had shared these documents yesterday at link EPS 95 Pensioners: Latest Update From MoL&E on Minimum Pension & Higher Pension but the pages were not scanned properly so being shared once again. The proposal of EPFO & approval by MoL&E included superannuated cases.
2. Copy of approval of EPFO’s proposal dt. 10.1.2017 accorded by MoL&E vide letter dt. 16.3.2017 (Based on which EPFO had issued circular dt 23.3.2017)
3. Reply of Mol&E dt. 27.11.2017 in r/o my RTI application no. MLABE/R/2017/51479 dated 21.11.2017 (Please see point no. 8). MoL&E has clarified that EPFO’s proposal dt. 10.1.2017 was accorded vide letter dt. 16.3.2017. No separate proposal has been sought to issue interim advisory dt. 31.5.2017 by EPFO.
4. Reply of EPFO HQ (Pension Div.) dt. 26/31.7.2017 in r/o my RTI application no. EPFOG/R/2017/52734 dated 9.6.2017 – No approval accorded by CPFC to issue interim advisory dt. 31.5.2017 reg. exempted establishments. Please read the file noting very carefully.
