As you all are aware, EPFO has now completely stopped the settlement of pension revision cases of even the pensioners belonging to un-exempted establishments across the country after their internal meeting held on 18.5.2019 and even in many already settled cases; old pension has been/ is being restored unlawfully by cancelling the PPO issued after revision of pension and the concerned pensioners are compelled to knock doors of the Courts. The document at sr. no. 3 below i.e. sequence of events is to facilitate all the pensioners (especially from un-exempted establishments) for taking up the matter with EPFO/Courts for settlement of their cases of pension revision in compliance of EPFO HQ circular dated 23.3.2017 & 8.6.2018 and for filing Writ Petitions, if they decide to file in the appropriate High Court.

Few days ago, Parveen Kohali sir shared Five RTI applications & their replies from EPFO Kollam, Kozhikode, Kottayam, Thiruvananthapuram and Kochi wherein it has been confirmed that pension of 2185 Nos. Post 1.9.2014 retiree pensioners (presumably retired from Exempted as well as Un-Exempted establishments) under the jurisdiction of aforementioned five Regional Offices (who had filed Contempt Petitions in r/o Kerala High Court judgment dt. 12.10.2018) has been revised (Refer point no. 8 of applications therein). Reply of EPFO Kannur is still awaited.
You all are requested that in the common interest of all pensioners, please share this post with all other pensioners groups and also with the serving employees of all the establishments (whether un-exempted or exempted) on their WhatsApp & Facebook Groups so that pensioner friends and their advocates may use the important documents collected with great efforts by devoting lot of time, energy and money mostly through RTI mode.
