SEARCH MORE EPS 95 PENSIONERS COURT ORDER BELOW
Please find attached a copy of the order dt. 19.2.2020 passed by the Telangana High Court at Hyderabad in CWP No. 1020 of 2020 & 18 other connected matters wherein EPFO has been directed to file an affidavit explaining the relief sought in the cases pending before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.
This affidavit will be VERY IMPORTANT because, if the affidavit is filed on the basis of facts, that will expose EPFO in view of their misguiding everyone including the various High Courts in the cases/petitions pertaining to RETIREES PRIOR TO 1.9.2014 OF UNEXEMPTED ESTABLISHMENTS that the matter is pending in Hon’ble Supreme Court whereas the cases pending in SC relate to Post 1.9.2014 retirees (Exempted as well as Un-exempted) and also retirees/members from Exempted Establishments.
