Search After Commutation of Pension How Much EPS Pension is Increased

Finally, after continuous efforts, I could get a copy of the Agenda of 266th Meeting of CBT (EPF) held on 5.3.2020. There are 40 (31+9) items in the Agenda which contain 863 pages (inclusive of annexures).
In the entire agenda, there seems to be only the following items to be of interest of EPS’95 Pensioners:-
(a) Item No. 28 (Restoration of Commuted value of pension after 15 years) – Page no. 471 to 473
(b) Item No. 29 (Amendment in Employees’ Deposit Linked Insurance Scheme, 1976) – Page no. 474 to 478
(c) Item No. 30 (Amendment to Employees’ Pension Scheme, 1995 to provide for defined contribution system to grant Pensionary benefits based on individual pension account) – Page no. 479 to 481
(d) Item No. 31 (Status Note on Court cases on Pension) – Page no. 482 to 485.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS NO MENTION OF UN-EXEMPTED ESTABLISHMENTS IN THE STATUS NOTE ON COURT CASES ON PENSION BUT TAKING SHELTER OF THESE COURT CASES, EPFO MISQUOTING IN THE COURTS AND HAS STOPPED THE SETTLEMENT OF PENSION IN R/O PENSIONERS FROM UN-EXEMPTED ESTABLISHMENTS WHO HAD BEEN CONTRIBUTING TOWARDS PF ON THEIR ACTUAL/HIGHER SALARY/WAGES Scanned copies of all the above four (i.e. Item nos. 28, 29, 30 & 31) are being shared for the information of my pensioner friends.
Minutes of the meeting have not yet been received for which an RTI application has already been filed long ago.
