After filing various RTI applications by Parveen Kohli followed by 1st Appeals before the First Appellate Authorities at the EPFO HQ (Internal Audit Division), EPFO HQ (Pension Division), Respective three Zonal Offices and Respective three Regional Offices and lot of correspondence in these offices through emails, I could succeed in getting copies of all the three Special Audit Reports along with their enclosures.

In these reports, you won’t find anywhere that the options under Para 11(3) of EPS’95 is required to be submitted only prior to retirement/attaining the age of 58 years i.e. only during service tenure of the pensioner. Further, the Regional Office, EPFO, Thiruvananthapuram has in very clear terms taken a stand in support of non availability of approvals under Para 26(6) at this belated stage.

Parveen Kohli Sir shared with you copies of the three Special Audit Reports (all merged in one Pdf file) alongwith copies of relevant documents for use in future/courts as/when/wherever required for their authenticity/reference in due course.

Since some record based discrepancies particularly reg. options under Para 26(6) of EPF Scheme were wrongly pointed out by the Audit Team in their report concerning RO, Chandigarh in r/o settled cases of Haryana Tourism Corporation, Parveen Kohli Sir takes up the issue with RO, Chandigarh. A copy of that email has also been merged with the Audit Report of R.O. Chandigarh just for information. Parveen Kohli Sir also shared the Chandigarh report information obtained from EPFO Chandigarh which clearly states that “No letter has been sent to Haryana Tourism Corporation, Chandigarh to seek options from the interested members under Para 11(3) of EPS’95
