EPS 95 PENSIONERS CASES LATEST UPDATE FOR HEARING IN SUPREME COURT OF INDIA

Dear EPS 95 Pensioners,

As per the orders of Hon’ble Supreme Court dated 6.2.2020, Forty Three (43) WPs and Two (2) contempt petitions are to be listed alongwith SLP 16721-16722 of 2019 (Diary No. 11023 of 2019) filed by UOI and that SLP is to be listed alongwith Review Petition no. 1430-1431 of 2019 (Diary No. 16281 of 2019) filed by EPFO.

How Much EPS 95 Pension Will Increase After Supreme Court Order Search Below:

Since the dates for hearing of the aforesaid SLP & Review Petition have NOT YET BEEN FIXED, there seems to be NO SCOPE for hearing of EPS’95 cases on 11.2.2020
