Dears EPS 95 Pensioner Friends,
Greetings from NCR (National Confederation of Retirees) & NCOA (National Confederation of Officers Association - Working). With reference to the subject, you may please recall that :: we have tried several times in the recent past, to UNITE ALL THE STAKE HOLDERS OF THE EPS 95 HIGHER PENSION ON ACTUAL SALARY BASIS SC Case group. But so far no breakthrough is achieved.
Meanwhile all of you have seen - WHAT has actually happened in the SC on 6th Feb 2020 when AG presented his concocted, IMAGINARY and highly inflated payment liability figure of Rs. 15 Lakh Crores on EPFO, if our prayers are accepted?
NCR’s Sr. Advocate did protest and contested the figures, as EPFO has presented different figures in different HCs, and none of such figures are audited or based on AUTHENTIC calculation sheets.
At that time it was also noted that AORs & Sr. Advocates of the Tagged cases were NOT SPEAKING IN an UNITED/ SINGLE VOICE. There was discordant cacophony to counter the Single voice of the AG.
In fact what we feared earlier - that unless we unite, it will be very difficult for us to win - became clear in the SC on 6th February.
Today, even our Mentor Mr. Parveen Kohli ji - the Chief Patron of NCR & EPS’95 Struggling Pensioners' Groups, also advised us to urgently explore the possibility of uniting all the Lead Petitioners, AORs & Sr. Advocates, as that is considered an immediate need of the hour so as to formulate a fool proof strategy against the EPFO & AG in the SC.
It may also be noted that we have to fight a long arduous legal battle.....and that can cost us huge sum of money. We can economize....by forming Joint Action Committee.
Therefore, keeping in view the gravity of the situation and the bigger interest of our EPS’95 PENSIONERS' FRATERNITY, we are once again taking this initiative by appealing to all of you to please come together, .... Let us join hands for winning our battle against the devils of EPFO & AG.
Today NCR & NCOA had a long meeting deliberating on how to IMPROVE OUR CHANCES OF WINING THE FIGHT. And it is resolved unanimously to try for forming an Joint Action Committee (JAC).
We also apprise you that, our (NCR & NTPC) AOR & Sr. Advocates too have suggested us to undertake such efforts of uniting all the TAG HOLDERS.
We also confirm that if any other Tagged Group / their AOR & Sr. Advocate want to take the lead position in this regard, NCR WILL accept such leadership.
We now look forward to hear from you soon.
