This document (updated file as on 20-01-2020) has been prepared with a view to help EPS’95 Pensioner friends by Parveen Kohali Sir across the country to know about the Judgments of Supreme Court and of various High Courts on EPFO administered Pension (EPS’95) revision cases and also for its use (for ready reference) by the Legal Professionals who are pursuing such cases of pension revision on actual/ higher salary, on behalf of Serving Employees / Retired Employees / Retired employees’ Welfare Associations of various Establishments. This document contains list of Cases as well as the orders in nutshell. Orders of all cited cases, are also accessible immediately, by clicking the “Link” shown against each.
Apart from Court Judgments (being shared now), some important documents obtained officially through RTI after repeated correspondences/ appeals, are also being compiled and will be shared soon. I also intend to update this compilation from time to time and as such any Judgments on this subject which are not incorporated in this repository may also be brought to notice him through email by attaching a copy of the said judgment(s).
To make this endeavour more successful, it is requested that this file may be shared amongst all Pensioner friends/ Groups
in FB & WhatsApp/ Associations (Retired or still serving) and also with the Advocates so that the usefulness of the efforts made to compile this information is derived by the needy.
