Since these documents are very important, Parveen Kohali Sir would like to give sequence of events in this case so that all the queries of Petitioners & their Advocates could be answered within the post, whenever & wherever required besides their AUTHENTICITY PROOF.
On 15.11.2019, Parveen Kohali Sir had filed an RTI application no. EPFO/R/2019/68024 in EPFO, RO, Chandigarh.
Parveen Kohali Sirs application had been disposed off on(13.12.2019) vide letter no. ACC/PB&HP/RTI/Part File/((1)/1216 dt 13.12.2019
Today, CPIO had forwarded to me TWENTY FIVE EMAILS as sought in my application and in one of the emails, Parveen Kohali Sir could get the IMPORTANT document dt. 7.11.2019 which was missing in the files of Pension Revision as received in response to my earlier RTI application (history of which is being given below as very important & related documents were found in those files). On 24.10.2019, I had filed an RTI application no. EPFO/R/2019/66931 in EPFO, ROP, Chandigarh.
Instead of asking some particular papers, I sought complete files and to my good luck, I could find the papers which were actually required by me for sharing as these are very very important (Please read these word by word)
On 22.11.2019, CPIO asked me to deposit Rs. 2612 as the information comprised of 1306 pages
On 22.11.2019, I deposited the amount of Rs. 2612 at the RTI Portal online
On 25.11.2019, CPIO provided the documents (1312 pages)

On 29.11.2019, I had filed First Appeal because I had been provided a copy of only one file (Vol. 1 & 2) which contained 1284 pages (besides 19 other pages). This appeal is yet to be decided
