As you all are aware, EPFO Chandigarh had been sending UNSIGNED letters to various pensioners whose Pension had been revised PROVISIONALLY but their pension revision arrears have not been released despite the fact that the differential amount along with up-to-date interest had been deposited by them several months ago. Such acts of EPFO are not only unethical but also unlawful.
As informed to me, such notices have been issued by EPFO, RO, Chandigarh to at least two categories of “eligible” pensioners:
(a) Who had contributed towards Provident Fund on actual salaries since beginning but had neither submitted joint option under Para 26(6) of the EPF Scheme 1952 nor under Para 11(3) of the EPS 1995

Surprisingly, EPFO, Chandigarh without mentioning the replies so submitted by the concerned pensioners, have again sent UNSIGNED letters/notices to such pensioners.

All such cases need to be replied very effectively based on legally sustainable grounds.
Please share these drafts amongst other pensioners too so that lot of efforts, time & energy devoted by me in the common interest of pensioners may be put to proper use. These details & documents of the DRAFTS (as above) will be very helpful to pensioners who are forced by EPFO to ultimately go for litigation for getting their legal dues.

PLEASE DON’T SEND ANY WEAK REPLY TO EPFO AS THAT MAY HAVE ADVERSE EFFECT NOT ONLY IN THAT INDIVIDUAL’S CASE BUT ALSO IN THE CASES OF OTHER SIMILARLY SITUATED PENSIONERS.
