I am retired from BEL Bangalore (Apublic sector unit) in Karnataka on 2011. I did 36years of service. I will come under EPF95 scheme. IwantI to know What is my higher pension fixation. From which year iIam elegible. Pls let me know
it is highly unconstitutional and biased attitude of EPFO for sanctioning higher pensionary benefit on selective cases in order to save themselves and inform to the SUPREME COURT that we are in the process of .implementation. I requested EPFO, Delhi South in 2018 for sanctioning higher pension for which i fullfil all conditions as stipulated in KERALA HIGH COURT & Supreme court judgements but EPFO has replied by the statement that matter is sub judice that since you had worked in POWER GRID, a MAHA NAV RATNA PUBLIC SECTOR which has been labelled as EXEMPTED ORG which was never informed to me during my 42 yrs of service and i have been member of EPF,1952 since 1.4.1971and member of EPFPS,1971 since,1.9.1971 as informed by EPFO, ALLAHABAD. IT WAS VERY EASY TO COLLECT CONTRIBUTION BUT AT THE TIME OF IMPLEMENTING EPFO HAS DISQUALIFIED ME AS PER CIRCULAR 31/5/2017 SUPERCEEDING CIRCULAR DATED 23/3/2017 FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF SUPREME COURT VERDICT (threre was no mention about such ). Literally , i have been fooled by EPFO with regard to my entitlement. I had never expected in my dreams that even GOI can ask me that your request is not permissible. I had contributed @ 12% of my basic+DA+ FP incentive towards EPF but i had volunteered to request that you please get me a statement of actual payment to be made by EPFO wef 01/05/2009 as per VERDICTS and how much, i need to deposit wef 16/11/1995. I am prepared to give money even wef 1/9/1971 without interest as EPFO HAS BEEN RELEASING PAYMENT WITH OUT ANY INTEREST. IT IS OUR MISFORTUNE THAT OUR CASE OF HIGHER PENSIONLINKED WITH BASIC HAS NOT BEEB ADDRESSED PROPERLY. EPS,95 PENSIONER IS REQD TO CONTRIBUTE ON BASIC +DA +ETC WITH INTEREST theron as penalty but EPFO SHALL PAY PENSION ON BASIC without considering DA and payment of interest on higher pension. Now, life is to small to handle such issue wheras EPFO has a long life for creating hurdles to pensioners, EPS,95 PENSIONERS ARE THE ONLY LOWEST PAID PENSIONERS INTHE WHOLE WORLD EVEN AFTER COMTRIBUTION MADE BY US. I SHALL BE REQUESTING TO COMPTENTENT AYTHORITY FOR AWARDING EPFO FOR SUCH OUTSTANDING COMPETENCE TOWARDS PENSIONERS. IT IS REQUESTED THAT I MAY PLEASE BE CORRECTED, IF I AM WRONG AT ANY POINT THEN WHY INJUSTICE TO WE POOR PENSIONERS ?....................................................................................
