EPS 95 PENSIONERS LATEST NEWS ON HEARING OF SLP FILED BY UOI IN TATA Workers Union has also filed a Writ Petition No. 832/2019 SUPREME COURT

 TATA Steel Ltd. is a PF EXEMPTED and Pension (EPS) UN-EXEMPTED Establishment like all other Central/State PSUs. As you all know, TATA Workers Union has also filed a Writ Petition No. 832/2019 in the Supreme Court.

On 12.7.19, WPC 832/2019 had been ordered to be listed with SLP filed by UOI vide Diary No. 11023/2019 and on the same day, the said SLP had been ordered to be listed with the Review Petition No. 1430-1431/2019.

Aforesaid WPC & SLP have been listed (computer generated) for 5.8.2019 whereas no date has still been reflected on the website of Supreme Court till 00:05 AM on 21.7.2019 for the Review Petition.
