EPS 95 Pensioners Latest News: सुप्रीम कोर्ट के फैसले के बाद और तीव्र गति से जारी रहेंगा EPS Pensioners का आंदोलन

NAC का आंदोलन :-

राष्ट्रीय संघर्ष समिति (NAC) के आंदोलन कार्यक्रम के अनुसार दि. 12/15 जुलाई 2019 को देश के चुने हुए EPF कार्यालयों पर मोर्चा /धरना आंदोलन सफलतापूर्वक संपन्न हुए. EPFO /श्रम मंत्रालय की ओर से किसी भी प्रकार कार्यवाही न करने के कारण, इसी आंदोलन को दिनांक 26.7.2019 तक,(जब तक संसद शुरु है) जहां आंदोलन नहीं किया गया है, वहां आंदोलन और अधिक तीब्रता से करने का निश्चित हुआ है.

संगठन की ओर से संबंधित अधिकारियों को आंदोलन की नोटिस दि. 16.07.2019 भेज दी गई है.

आंदोलन कार्यक्रम के अनुसार :-

1.High Empowered Monitoring committee के रिपोर्ट की होली की जाएगी.

2.EPFO की Interim Advisory के पत्र दिनांक 31.5.2017 की होली की जाएगी.

3. मा. श्रममंत्री /मा. प्रधानमंत्री /मा. वित्त मंत्री /CPFC के नाम का निवेदन दिया जाएगा

4. EPF के लोकल कार्यालय से संबंधित शिकायतों की सूची RPFC को दी जाएगी.

सभी से निवेदन है कि कृपया अपने अपने क्षेत्र में जहां आंदोलन नहीं हुआ है वहां दिनांक दि. 26 जुलाई के पहले या दिनांक 26 जुलाई 2019 को आंदोलन प्रभावी रीति से पूरी क्षमता से सफलता पूर्वक संपन्न कीजिए.

आंदोलन की नोटिस

All respected brothers and sisters of EPS 95 NAC movement.

Your participation made our 12/15 July 2019 agitation a grand success. These agitations were carried out at selected places.

Unfortunately the EPFO and Labour Ministry has not taken any cognizance of our agitation.

Therefore it is decided by NAC to continue our agitation in front of the remaining EPF Offices in the contry more vigorously. Notices to that effect have already been forwarded to the concerned officers.

You all are humbly requested to organist the same in your respected areas. During these agitations we are doing the following things.

1. Issue Agitation notice to local police station

2. Burn the copy of High Empowered Monitoring Committee recommendation during Agitational Movement at EPF Office.

3. Burn the copy of EPFO interim advisory dt 31.05.2017

4. Handover the copy of NAC representation to your EPFO for further despatch to the Hon. MOL&E, PM, FM and CPFC.

5. Local complaints to be handed over to the RCFC.

Dear friends, our goal is in sight. Please don't rest. Please get this done with your full energy by 26 July 2019 (as the Parliament is in session) .
