10 May was the last working day of Hon'ble Supreme Court before summer vacations.
“Today review petition vide dairy no 16281/2019 of EPFO against dismissal of SLP (diary no 9610/2019) was mentioned in Hon'ble Chief Justice Court No 1.
The Chief Justice stated that RC GUPTA case needs to be amended and has directed listing of review petition in July.
In light of the above it is apparent that the government will try to get the are view tagged with the contempt and main Writ Petitions.”
After dismissal of SLP of EPFO on 1/4/19 filing of its review and appearance of Attorney General against old aged poor pensioners clear cut shows the intention of EPFO/Govt.
This may be positive for all EPS 95 Pensioners or may not be.
As soon as if today's orders will be upload on Supreme Court website these would be shared.
