This is to inform that pursuant to the judgment pronounced by Hon'ble Supreme Court of India on 01.04.2019 upholding the Kerala High Court verdict on the Employees Pension Scheme 1995 (EPS-95), Board of Directors in their meeting held on 23.04.2019 approved the proposal for giving the employees of the company an opportunity to exercise the option to contribute towards the Employee Pension Scheme on the basis of actual salary, having a financial impact of approximately Rs 1,788 crore to the Company.
